1. WHERE IS THE HOTEL?
We are just 50 meters from the beach in the north of Riccione.
2. HOW FAR IS VIALE CECCARINI AND HOW CAN I GET THERE?
In less than a 10 minutes’ walk you can reach Viale Dante, the shopping street that leads to Viale Ceccarini, 1,800 meters from the hotel. Otherwise, you can reach the heart of the city by means of our free city bikes in 5 minutes or by bus no. 11 (stop no. 40) which stops 10 meters from the hotel and operates until late at night.
3. WHAT TIME IS THE ROOM AVAILABLE?
If your room was not occupied the night before your arrival, you will find it ready by early morning. Otherwise, we will prepare it for you as soon as it is cleared with the utmost care. You will find your room thoroughly cleaned and completely tidied up. The room must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure, so that it will be prepared and made available by 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.
4. WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO VACATE THE ROOM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. On request, and subject to availability, we are pleased to extend your use of the room. For a small additional fee, we offer mid-late-check-out until 3:00 p.m. and day-use until 7:00 p.m. However, the option must be expressly arranged with the reception desk on the day before departure.
5. WHAT DOES THE ALL-INCLUSIVE HALF BOARD BASIS INCLUDE?
In addition to dinner and breakfast, the ALL INCLUSIVE formula includes access to one of the beaches we have an agreement with (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella per room), access to the Beach Village water park, use of our city bikes, beach towel, drinks at dinner (bottled water and wine) soft drinks on tap at the bar and water in the minibar.
6. CAN I HAVE THE SEA VIEW ROOM?
Our sea view rooms are designed to accommodate 3 or 4 people. If you would like to have a sea view room for 1 or 2 people, a 20% extra charge is required compared to the current rate.
7. HOW ARE BREAKFAST AND DINNER ORGANIZED?
Our breakfast buffet is intercontinental and is complemented by the show cooking of our pastry chefs. It is served until 11 a.m. A sort of breakfast laboratory, in which there are fresh farm-to-table products, homemade pastries, eggs, organic jams, cheeses, different varieties of breads, juices, fresh smoothies, gluten-free foods and much more. All of these will contribute to making breakfast a multi-sensory and unforgettable experience.
Dinner is served buffet style and we offer traditional recipes with a modern take, with a keen eye on the latest trends. Thus, our cuisine differentiates itself by choosing to combine the flavors of Romagna cuisine with a breath of fresh air and an international touch. Dishes are prepared with local natural ingredients.

8. WHAT ARE THE MEAL TIMES?
Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

9. WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE BAR?
We guarantee 24-hour bar service, providing non-alcoholic beverages and refreshments. From June to September, from 6 p.m. to midnight, our barman is available to prepare delicious cocktails, fruit smoothies and more!
10. ARE DRINKS INCLUDED?
With the ALL INCLUSIVE HALF BOARD basis, beverages at dinner (water and wine on tap), soft drinks at the bar, and bottled water from the minibar in the rooms are included.
11. WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
We have parking spaces for everyone and for all needs! That's right...in Riccione, parking space is really important and we are among the few hotels in town able to guarantee it to all our guests! We have an uncovered, gated parking lot just 80 meters from the hotel (available for a fee and by reservation).
Alternatively, we have a large parking lot reserved for our guests 350 meters from the hotel but unguarded (fee and reservation required). Finally, we can provide some reserved uncovered and video-monitored parking spaces outside the hotel and other spaces in the garage located under the hotel (fee and reservation required).

12. WHERE CAN I GO TO THE BEACH?
There are 3 beaches we have agreements with, 2 of which are right in front of the hotel. All beaches can also be accessed by our 4-legged friends for a small fee.
13. WHEN CAN I ACCESS THE SWIMMING POOL OF THE HOTEL?
The heated swimming pool with whirlpool area is open daily, May through September, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is 140 cm deep, and children are allowed only if supervised by an adult.
14. IS ACCESS TO THE BEACH VILLAGE WATER PARK INCLUDED?
From June to September, access is free for our guests who booked their stay directly with us. Guests who booked with a third-party booking site will receive a 50% discount from the regular admission price.
15. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IF I BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL OR THROUGH AN ONLINE BOOKING SITE LIKE BOOKING.COM?
It is not always possible to book through online booking sites. When it is possible, availability is limited. In any case, booking directly with us (via email, phone or whatsapp) is always beneficial. At the same rate and with the same cancellation policy, you are guaranteed a room of a superior type, as well as a number of included services (for example, access to the Beach Village water park and the possibility of converting your reservation from a B&B board basis to Half Board All Inclusive).
16. ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are welcome here! Your four-legged friend may stay in your room and may enter the restaurant, only by prior arrangement with the maître d'hôtel, who will set up a slightly secluded table in order to respect other guests. It is also necessary to arrange the time of entry to the dining room. Pets are not allowed, however, in the pool area. During the stay, pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the room.
17. ARE BEACH TOWELS INCLUDED?
Beach towels are included in the All-Inclusive Half Board basis: one towel per person for the entire duration of your stay. Should you need a clean one, a fee of €5 is required.
18. DO YOU HAVE A KITCHEN TO PREPARE BABY FOOD?
Our Chef will make every effort to accommodate the needs of our little guests. Upon arrival, please notify us of any specific requests and/or food intolerances.
19. HOW LARGE ARE THE ROOMS?
Double, triple and quad rooms all measure between 16.90 m² and 19.70 m². Double rooms for single use measure between 13.50 m² and 15.2 m².
20. DO YOU HAVE ROOMS SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
The hotel is fully accessible to people with disabilities and it features some specially designed rooms located on the ground floor.
21. DO YOU HAVE WI-FI CONNECTION?
Of course, you can connect for free across the entire hotel.
22. IS IT REQUIRED TO PAY A DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?
To confirm your reservation, a deposit by bank transfer or credit card equal to 30% of the amount of the entire stay is required (data will be processed in compliance with the current privacy regulations).
23. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If the deposit is not received by the date agreed upon at the time of booking, the reservation will be considered automatically cancelled. In case of cancellation within 5 days before the arrival date (the cancellation must always be notified in writing), it will be possible to recover the amount paid in a subsequent stay by the end of the summer season or, possibly, in our hotels in the mountains belonging to the OSPITALIA group within 1 year.
24. WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE?
An early departure fee of at least 3 nights will be charged as compensation. Cash, international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and debit cards (Bancomat, Vpay and Maestro) and bank and postal checks are accepted. Payment must be made by the day of departure. Payments after departure are not allowed.

26. ARE THERE BICYCLES TO MOVE AROUND THE CITY?
Yes, the bicycles of the hotel can be used by all guests free of charge (max 2 hours per person to give everyone the opportunity to use them. The service is available from 6.00 a.m. to midnight.
27. WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE ALEXANDER SUNSET BAR?
Open from mid-June to mid-September on the fifth floor of the hotel, it offers a splendid view of the sea and the beautiful hills of the hinterland. Open from 6.00 p.m. to midnight, it is a relaxing place to sip a drink in dim lights with lounge music in the background.
28. LUGGAGE STORAGE & CHANGING ROOM
Many of our guests often arrive in Riccione early in the morning and try to make the most of every moment of their vacation. More often than not, they fill the time needed for their room to be ready by going to the beach or to our pool. We have a special area available where you can change, put on your bathing suit and leave your luggage until your room is ready.
